HOSPITALITY VOLUNTEERS

  • For volunteers interested in event planning, logistics, communication, and outreach.
  • Volunteers will assist in event preparation (set up, implementation, and breakdown), gift organization & preparation, activities, registration, and guest service.
  • Events: TWC Graduations, Fantasy Football, Art of Music, Operation Santa, Spring in the Park, Recess, and Mom’s Night Out

    OUTREACH & OPERATIONS VOLUNTEERS

  • For volunteers interested in communication, outreach, and logistics.
  • Volunteers will assist in donor communication in order to raise TWC awareness or to increase annual funding by adding a personal touch through calls, letters, and logistical planning.

    ADMINISTRATIVE VOLUNTEER

  • For volunteers interested project management, guest services, office repair, technological assistance, and communication.
  • Volunteers will aid in the area of operations by organizing materials, communicating with guests, and assisting with staff projects.

    GLITTER SQUAD VOLUNTEERS

  • For volunteers interested in creativity, innovation & imagination, event planning, and communication.
  • Volunteers will support our therapy programs through office decorating, activity planning & implementation, and assisting in community events.
    • Community Events include Recess, Graduation, Spring in the Park, and Operation Santa, and Mother’s Night Out.
